Iago (Bob Hoskins) tells of a handkerchief............so sad to hear that Parkinson's disease has robbed us of an acting great

Very sad to hear overnight that Bob Hoskins has been suffering with Parkinson's Disease and has retired from acting. His cockney portrayal of Iago in Jonathan Miller's 1981 production...perhaps as unlikely as that of Anthony Hopkins as Othello......inspired not only a love of that particular play but all of Shakespeare's literature, for which I am eternally enriched and grateful. Good luck with everything Bob......
