A little bit of bull.......

Sitting having my breakfast this morning I looked out of the window to see a male bullfinch feeding on a dandelion 'clock' in the middle of the lawn. They are incredibly beautiful birds and we have been lucky to have them as visitors to the garden over many years. They make a soft peeping contact call which, once you know it, gives away their presence. For all their showy colour, they are very shy and retreat to cover very quickly if they think they have been spotted.......
